Dani Bucholtz
Dani Bucholtz is a Designated Managing Broker in three states (NC, SC, CA), a practicing Realtor®, and the instructor behind every Encompass class. She's run her own mortgage company, built a real estate business entirely on referrals since 2004, and now oversees compliance for a distributed team of 100+ agents. She holds an MBA, teaches what she actively practices, and designs every course around one question: "What would I want to know if I were sitting in the seat?"
