Meet Your Instructors

Dani Bucholtz is a Designated Managing Broker, practicing Realtor®, and MBA who oversees compliance for 100+ agents. She's been in real estate since 2004 and teaches what she actively practices.

Every class is built around one question: "What would I want to know if I were sitting in the seat?"

Kasey Kline is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker and NCREC-approved instructor with a passion for helping real estate professionals feel confident, informed, and prepared in their careers. She has been licensed since 2017 and began teaching North Carolina real estate courses in 2019.

Kasey primarily teaches NCREC Update courses and has also taught a variety of continuing education courses. With experience working directly with buyers and sellers in New Hanover and Pender counties, she brings real-world experience into the classroom and strives to make real estate education practical, engaging, and easy to understand.

Kasey’s love of teaching extends beyond the real estate classroom. For the past six years, she has homeschooled her children and has also helped build and run a secular homeschool co-op, giving her years of experience creating engaging lessons, teaching a wide range of ages, and bringing people together in a learning environment.

Kasey fell in love with Wilmington while on her honeymoon and eventually made the beautiful coastal community her home. When she isn’t teaching or working in real estate, you can usually find her spending time with her family, playing video games with her son, enjoying the beach, or planning the next homeschool adventure.

Kasey is excited to join Encompass Real Estate School and bring her experience, enthusiasm, and practical approach to its live online real estate education community.
